The Player’s Club Pass entitles the Passholder and, if applicable, any included family members to the following benefits:

(I) Seasonal afternoon cart fee and or course access fee only golf (1/2 Hour after Twilight)

(II) Bi-Weekly complimentary professional instructional clinic access

(III) Players Club Corner with the ability to purchase select merchandise at Club cost

(IV) Your choice of a Nike Golf Shirt (Red, White or Blue) or a Dozen Nike Vapor Golf Balls (while supplies last)

The Player’s Club Pass shall be issued in the name of the Passholder. Player’s Club Pass benefits may be extended to spouse and family members 18 years of age and younger for an additional monthly fee as set forth below. Passholder acknowledges that children under 16 years of age must be signed into the Club by a parent or guardian, and children under 11 years of age must be accompanied by a parent or guardian while at the Club.

ACKNOWLEDGEMENT *

By checking the box I acknowlege and agree to the following. The initial term of this Month-to-Month Player’s Club Agreement (this “Agreement”) is 90-days and shall commence on the date this Agreement is executed and payment of the first monthly Plan Fee is received by the Club. Either party may terminate this Agreement by giving thirty (30) days advance written notice of termination after the initial 90 day enrollment. Passholder is responsible for all fees incurred during the thirty-day (30-day) notice period, regardless of which party elects to terminate. In the event that Passholder terminates this Agreement before expiration of the then-current term, Passholder agrees to pay to Club a $25.00 cancellation fee. The Club may modify the monthly Plan Fee and benefits upon at least thirty (30) days advance written notice to Passholder.
By checking the box I acknowlege and agree to the following. Passholder agrees to maintain a current credit card account in Passholder’s name on file with the Club at all times. In the event that Passholder’s account is more than thirty (30) days past due, Club has the right to bill such past due amounts to Passholder’s credit card. Passholder agrees to immediately notify the Club of any changes in credit card information. Passholder further agrees that the Club is not responsible for any fees incurred as a result of the Club billing Passholder’s credit card (e.g., for overdrawn accounts, exceeding credit card limits, etc.)
By checking the box I acknowlege and agree to the following.Passholder understands that the monthly Plan Fee will not be waived under any circumstances, regardless of whether the Passholder exercised the benefits of the Player’s Club Pass in a given month.

We will contact you in the next 24 to 48 hours to verify the credit card you wish to use for your Players Club Pass. Verification of the credit card will be required on your next visit to the course to activate your pass.
